Booking & contact information

When you book a detail or send us a message, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, phone, email, address, vehicle, and appointment preferences — and use them only to schedule, perform, and follow up on your service. We do not sell this information.

Anonymous site analytics

To improve our website, we record anonymous visit information: a random visitor ID stored in your browser, the pages you view and approximate time on each, how you arrived (for example a search engine or a social link), your device type and browser, and how far you progressed through the booking steps. We do not record what you type into forms, and this information is not linked to your name or contact details. If you complete a booking, the visit is linked to that booking's reference number so we can understand which pages help customers book.

Analytics records are visible only to ShineGlow staff and are automatically deleted after 13 months. You can clear this data from your device at any time by clearing your browser's site storage.
